Job description

Envision Horizons is a global marketplace growth agency specializing in Amazon, Walmart, and other major retail media networks. Our team helps brands build awareness, capture market share, and drive profitability through data-driven strategy and execution.
We believe high-performing teams are built on trust, curiosity, and the power of collective expertise. As a leading force in global eCommerce acceleration, our diverse, tech-driven professionals don't just react to the industry; they shape it. By fusing ambitious thinking with compassion, we deliver exceptional client outcomes while making space for every individual to create, grow, and genuinely thrive. Each team member influences our evolution, enjoying flexibility and support unmatched by larger organizations. Here, your impact is real, your ideas matter, and your career trajectory is limitless.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact VP of Sales to lead our Business Development team and serve as a key lieutenant to the CEO. You won't just be managing a team; you will be the architect of our sales strategy, the owner of our revenue targets, and the primary point of contact for our most critical strategic partnerships. If you thrive on high stakes, direct accountability, and building scalable sales engines, this is your seat.
Team Leadership & Revenue Ownership
  • Own the Quota: Full accountability for the BD team's monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing Business Development team, moving them from "order takers" to "strategic consultants."
  • Sales Operations: Implement rigorous CRM hygiene and forecasting models to provide the CEO with real-time visibility into the revenue pipeline.

Strategic Partnerships
  • Ecosystem Growth: Identify and nurture relationships with strategic partners (tech platforms, complementary agencies, etc.) to drive a consistent flow of qualified referrals.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the executive-level point of contact for high-value accounts and strategic alliances.

Strategic Alignment
  • Direct Reporting: Work in lockstep with the CEO to align sales targets with company capacity and long-term scaling goals.
  • The Agency Playbook: Refine sales scripts, proposal templates, and scoping processes to ensure we sell profitable, high-impact work.

What Sets You Apart
  • Experience: 6+ years of Sales/Business Development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role specifically within a marketing agency or professional services environment.
  • Agency Pedigree: You have a proven track record of selling "services as a product" and possess the strategic fluency to navigate complex agency-client lifecycles.
  • A Dedicated Coach and Strategist: While you empower your team to own the execution, you are a master of the craft. You are as skilled at auditing outreach sequences to sharpen a BDR's skills as you are at providing the executive-level coaching needed to close complex, C-suite deals.
  • Financial Acumen: You understand agency economics and you don't just chase "top-line" revenue; you prioritize high-margin deals that keep the fulfillment team healthy.
  • Strategic Fluency: You speak the language of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Attribution) and can translate technical strategies into compelling business outcomes.

Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary and performance based bonus, so your results and ambition are truly rewarded.
  • Fully remote culture, with collaborative hubs in New York, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Seattle; join us from anywhere, but connect where opportunity grows.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance with a minimum company contribution, 401(k) match to plan for your future, and flexible PTO and wellness days to support both your personal and professional well-being.
  • Career growth support, ongoing learning opportunities, 1:1 leadership coaching program, and structured mentorship opportunities.
  • Engaging virtual team events and activities throughout the year.
  • Partnership with Talkspace for free mental health support.

Why Envision Horizons?
  • Culture-Driven: Our values: Be a Leader, Get It Done, Be Inquisitive, and Have Humility, are more than words. They're the foundation of every win and the reason our team stays and grows.
  • Empowered Growth: With open leadership, mentorship, and real opportunities for upskilling and career pathing, your ambition won't hit a ceiling here.
  • Opportunity for Impact: Small enough that your voice matters and big enough to work with the world's most exciting brands.
  • True Flexibility: Design your workday around life, wherever you are, with both remote autonomy and collaborative energy.
