In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them plan, manage, and enjoy their travel experiences from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist clients with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, packages, excursions)
  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions with a positive attitude
