Growth Rescue Counseling Services is seeking passionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselors to join our remote team in Roswell, Georgia. This position is 100% remote and offers the flexibility to work from home while engaging in telehealth sessions with clients. Operating from a telehealth facility allows our counselors to provide crucial support in a comfortable and safe environment for patients, which enhances engagement and therapeutic outcomes. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and collaboratively develop effective, tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse clients, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community among patients, addressing shared mental health concerns.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support in mental health emergencies, contributing to client safety and stability.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and training, while staying updated on the latest research in mental health.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health conditions and a strong grasp of various therapeutic modalities is essential.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create effective treatment plans.
• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy to a diverse range of patients.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong ethical standards and adherence to professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, particularly in a remote capacity.
• Prior engagement with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in therapy.
• Demonstrated competence in crisis intervention and management.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
