Adecco is currently hiring for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support a leading client in a remote work environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience handling billing or accounts receivable functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain and update billing records using company systems
• Ensure charges are accurate and properly documented
• Research and resolve routine billing discrepancies
• Prepare standard reports related to billing status, exceptions, and unresolved issues
• Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding billing concerns

Qualifications

• Previous accounts receivable, billing, or related administrative experience preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
