100% Remote Beaker/Genomics Analyst Contract Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a Beaker/Genomics consultant to join their team on a contract basis. This contract starts at six months in duration and is 100% remote.

Description:

We are seeking an Epic Genomics Consultant to support a high-demand, fast-paced environment centered on an active Helix project initiative. This role is primarily focused on the production support, maintenance, and optimization of the Genomics application.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve daily support tickets and service requests efficiently.

- Perform system maintenance, implement enhancements, and drive issue resolution.

- Support ongoing Genomics initiatives and identify opportunities for workflow improvements.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project team members to ensure optimal system stability and performance.

- Quickly ramp up to contribute effectively within a high-volume team environment.

Top Skills Details

1. Active Beaker CP and Genomics certifications
2. At least 5 years of experience working as a Beaker/Genomics Analyst
3. Experience with reference lab, clinical pathology, test build, and community connect

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Possesses strong troubleshooting and analytical expertise within Epic environments, with a proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setting. Demonstrates excellent communication skills and high responsiveness in support-driven environments. Experienced in managing high-volume ticketing workflows, with a preferred work experience in laboratory and genomics system integrations.

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
