Job description

The Analyst I provides entry-level analytical, data management, and operational support to the organization. This role assists with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; preparing reports; supporting program operations; and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information used to support mission objectives. The Analyst I works under general supervision and follows established procedures, guidelines, and organizational policies.
  • Collect, review, and validate data from multiple systems and sources.
  • Assist in preparing routine and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
  • Conduct basic trend analysis, data comparisons, and correlation reviews.
  • Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools and templates.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with government standards.
  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.
  • Support data entry, data cleanup, and data normalization efforts.
  • Assist with managing user roles, permissions, and access controls as directed.
  • Document processes, workflows, and data procedures for internal use.
  • Assist staff with research, information gathering, and administrative analysis.
  • Support program evaluations, performance tracking, and operational reviews.
  • Help identify inconsistencies or issues in data and escalate findings appropriately.
  • Participate in meetings, briefings, and working groups as required.
  • Troubleshoot basic reporting or data issues and coordinate with senior analysts for resolution.
  • Assist in evaluating system updates or changes that may impact reporting or data integrity.
  • Provide end-user support for reports, dashboards, and data tools.

Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant analytical experience
  • Ability to successfully complete corporate background investigation to include credit and criminal check
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government suitability determination/clearance

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use government systems, databases, and digital record platforms.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, understand, in English.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions and complete tasks to standard.
  • Capable of performing repetitive tasks independently while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and collaborate well with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Skilled in organizing work, establishing priorities, and maintaining accuracy under strict timelines.
