The Opportunity
The Scores Credit Bureau Alliances team establishes the strategic direction and executes the managerial priorities for FICO's Scores Unit partnerships with the major credit bureaus in North America. The team focuses on business development, relationship management, and associated servicing duties to maximize the revenue potential of these critical score distribution and data provision partners. The team also coordinates and manages the numerous required operational activities performed with the credit bureaus to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our mutual clients.
What You'll Contribute
  • Strategic partnership and relationship management to our credit bureau partners and key stakeholders.
  • Generate standard notifications as per bureau agreements, pricing letters, and other correspondence, while ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to facilitate the review and approval of routine/standardized correspondence.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings to assist with preparation, content, and meeting records for stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Score Operations.
  • Manage task lists and logs for activities requiring close tracking, providing regular updates to management.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of contract-related documentation and files.
  • Maintain legal logs and monitor the completion of legal requests, ensuring timely follow-up and compliance.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations for publication, ensuring accuracy and professional formatting.

What We're Seeking
  • Proven experience managing multiple B2B client/business/vendor relationships with enterprise partners and driving mutual business outcomes.
  • Prior experience working with credit data and banking/credit bureau partners. (Highly Preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a primary point of contact for key internal/external stakeholders and leaders, navigating a variety of requests and considerations.
  • Prior experience with contract administration, legal review, compliance, and pricing negotiation.
  • Proven strength in problem solving and navigating ambiguous and/or complex situations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for multiple project efforts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field (equivalent professional experience can be considered in lieu of a degree).
