• Conduct thorough assessments and provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions for clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, continuously monitoring client progress toward achieving therapeutic goals.
• Empower clients by assisting them in developing effective coping strategies and essential life skills that promote resilience and self-efficacy.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards by maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in counseling.

Our clientele encompasses a broad spectrum of individuals facing diverse challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. As a counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with various age groups and backgrounds, requiring cultural competence and sensitivity to foster trusting therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field, accompanied by an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to establish meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while being an effective team player in a remote environment.
• Culturally sensitive with experience working with diverse populations, understanding the impact of identity and culture on mental health and well-being.

• Previous experience in a counseling role within a community health clinic or a similar setting, particularly with family therapy and group therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices, enhancing remote counseling sessions and client engagement.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to a comprehensive salary, our benefits package includes:
