• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health and emotional needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and expressed concerns, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are evidence-based.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions that may include individual therapy sessions, couple's counseling, family therapy, and group therapy settings, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Provide crisis intervention strategies to clients experiencing acute distress, helping them navigate immediate challenges effectively.
• Maintain secure and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the ethical handling of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to offer holistic care to clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional education to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health practices.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultative meetings, fostering a culture of continuous growth and professional development.

You will be working with a diverse population, serving individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. Our clients may present with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship difficulties. A compassionate and client-centered approach is essential for effectively addressing their unique needs.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist evidenced by credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, demonstrating the ability to diagnose and create effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build therapeutic relationships.
• Empathy and compassion for clients' experiences, alongside a genuine commitment to their well-being and development.
• The ability to work autonomously, as well as in a collaborative, remote team setting.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing mental health practices is essential.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and improvement in clinical practices.

• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields is essential, demonstrating relevant clinical expertise.
• Previous experience working in telehealth services is a plus, highlighting adaptability to remote counseling dynamics.
