Job description

Location: Remote
Work Model: Fully remote
Industry: Crypto / Fintech / Consumer Trading Infrastructure
Compensation: Competitive and flexible based on experience

About the Company

Our partner is a high-growth fintech company building a more transparent way for users around the world to access major financial markets. Their platform is designed to make market access more open, self-custodied, and trustworthy, especially for users who have historically had limited access to reliable broker infrastructure. The team is scaling quickly and operates at the intersection of consumer product, finance, and blockchain-based infrastructure.

The Opportunity

Our partner is hiring a UGC Lead to own creator-led growth and help shape how the product is understood online. This is not a generic social media role. The core challenge is taking a complex financial product and turning it into content that feels intuitive, credible, and compelling to a broad audience.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creator instincts with real operating ability. You will work closely with their marketing team to develop content and creator programs that drive awareness, build trust, and support user adoption. The right person can operate autonomously, move quickly, and translate complexity into clear, high-conviction storytelling.

Responsibilities
  • Own and scale the company's UGC and creator strategy
  • Develop content programs that increase awareness, trust, and adoption
  • Partner with creators, online communities, and internal stakeholders to expand reach
  • Help communicate complex financial concepts in a simple, engaging way
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing team on messaging, launches, and campaigns
  • Test and refine content formats, distribution approaches, and creator partnerships
  • Build repeatable systems for creator-led growth and user education
Requirements
  • Experience in UGC, creator partnerships, content-led growth, social growth, or related fields
  • Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to simplify complex products
  • Creator-native sensibility; ideally you have created content yourself
  • Deep familiarity with internet culture and digital distribution
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Exposure to finance, crypto, fintech, or other technical/regulated products is strongly preferred
  • Comfort operating in a high-ownership, high-autonomy role
