Job description

DIGITAL CONTENT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE WANTED

Role: Sr Coord | Brand & Creator Partnerships
Location: remote
Salary: $50-70K/year + comprehensive benefits

The Role
We're looking for a Digital Content Operations Associate to be the operational backbone of TubeScience's digital content initiatives. This is an operations and systems role for someone who excels at building workflows, managing tooling across teams, and turning coordination chaos into repeatable process. You'll be the connective tissue between Brand Management, Creator Partnerships, Strategy, Production and Growth - building and maintaining the project infrastructure that ensures the right people are working on the right things at the right time. You'll own the tooling layer: standing up systems, designing workflows, maintaining project boards, and making sure every team touching digital content is operating from the same source of truth.

This role is ideal for someone who gets excited about building the machine, not just running it - someone who sees a gap in how teams hand off work and immediately starts thinking about what tool, what automation, what process fills it.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain operational workflows and project management systems across casting, digital brands, and creator initiatives
Own the tooling stack for digital content operations - evaluating, configuring, and optimizing platforms like Monday, Airtable, or similar to fit evolving team needs
Design cross-functional handoff processes between Creative, Growth, Brand Management, and Creator Partnerships to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce miscommunication
Create and maintain dashboards and trackers that give leadership and stakeholders real-time visibility into project status, team capacity, and pipeline health
Document processes, SOPs, and playbooks so that institutional knowledge lives in systems, not in people's heads
Identify process inefficiencies and work with leadership to implement improvements

Who You Are

3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or production coordination in creative, media, or marketing environments
Systems thinker - you see the whole picture and know how to organize complexity into clarity
Data-fluent - comfortable building dashboards, running reports, and translating numbers into recommendations
Master coordinator - you've successfully managed multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight timelines
Proactive problem-solver - you anticipate issues before they escalate and always have a plan B
Clear communicator - you can translate operational realities into language that makes sense for creative and strategic teams
Tool-savvy - experience with project management platforms, analytics tools, and building workflows in systems like Monday, Asana, Airtable, or similar
Comfortable with ambiguity - this is a new function at TubeScience. You'll be building the plane while flying it
Remote-friendly - strong async communication, self-directed, and disciplined about documentation

Nice to Have

  • Background in production operations or creative project management
  • Comfort with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into workflows
  • Experience with forward capacity planning or demand forecasting by content type, vertical, or team
  • Experience supporting casting, talent coordination, or creator operations
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and attribution
  • SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, or BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
