What are Creator Partnerships?

Creator Partnerships refer to collaborations between brands, companies, or platforms and digital content creators, such as influencers, YouTubers, or social media personalities. These partnerships aim to leverage the creator’s audience and creative skills to promote products, services, or brand messages. Professionals working in Creator Partnerships typically manage these relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure that campaigns align with both the creator’s style and the brand’s goals. This role is essential in today’s digital marketing landscape, where authentic and engaging content drives consumer interest.

Open communication and strong relationship-building skills are essential, as you’ll often serve as a bridge between the company’s objectives and the creators’ unique voices. This dynamic environment provides opportunities to develop project management and negotiation skills while contributing to cross-functional campaign success.

Manifest Financial | Creator Partnerships Lead

Job Title: Creator Partnerships Lead

Department: Revenue

Reporting To: Chief Revenue Officer

Job Overview

Manifest is hiring a Creator Partnerships Lead. We’re looking for a senior operator responsible for driving creator acquisition, brand partnerships, and revenue growth across the Nucreator product suite. This role will take ownership of the brand partnerships strategy, business development pipeline, creator/talent management, and the systems/processes that directly drive revenue and deal volume.

You will work closely with Manifest’s leadership team to scale Nucreator into the leading revenue engine – from signing new talent, to closing creator-friendly partnerships with brands, agencies, and platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands the creator economy deeply, has worked across talent management or creator partnership teams, and is energized by building long-term relationships with both creators and brands.

This role effectively steps into and expands the responsibilities historically held by Nucreator’s founder, overseeing day-to-day growth and creator partnerships.

About Manifest Financial, Inc.

Manifest Financial Inc. offers tailored financial solutions designed specifically for entrepreneurs and the platforms they use. Operating as a B2B2C platform, Manifest addresses the business banking needs of creators and micro-businesses, with a focus on simplifying financial challenges and boosting engagement within the creator economy. Our services are tailored to creators and social platforms by solving unique financial pain points and fostering thriving communities.

Key Responsibilities

Creator & Talent Partnerships

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for acquiring, onboarding, and supporting creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and other platforms.
  • Identify high-potential creators and talent managers who would benefit from Nucreator’s tech platform and brand partnership network.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, ensuring exceptional service, consistent deal flow, and revenue growth
  • Develop creator pitch narratives, positioning frameworks, and growth plans that highlight new opportunities, brand alignment, and monetization strategies.

Brand Partnerships & Revenue Growth

  • Build and manage a revenue pipeline of brands, agencies, and platforms seeking creator partnerships.
  • Lead outbound and inbound deal flow across categories including consumer goods, gaming, fintech, lifestyle, automotive, and emerging D2C brands.
  • Negotiate and structure brand partnerships in collaboration with creators and internal teams.
  • Drive repeatable revenue by creating scalable outreach strategies, playbooks, and templates for personalized creator-brand matchmaking.
  • Build a quarterly revenue plan with KPIs tied to deal volume, conversion rates, ACV, and retention.

Strategy, Systems & Enablement

  • Own Nucreator’s partnership systems which include CRM, deal stages, outreach automation, creator analytics, and reporting frameworks.
  • Partner with Product on improvements to the Creator <> Brand matching engine, outreach automation, and the Manifest Agency Dashboard.
  • Develop scalable workflows for onboarding creators, routing brand opportunities, and optimizing deal execution.
  • Inform product roadmap decisions with on-the-ground creator and brand feedback.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work with Manifest’s product and engineering teams to refine tools creators use for outreach, content analysis, and brand discovery.
  • Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market initiatives, case studies, thought leadership content, and creator education programs.
  • Work closely with finance and operations to ensure payout workflows, contract processes, and brand invoicing run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, influencer marketing, or revenue leadership in the creator economy.
  • Proven ability to sign creators, close brand deals, and manage revenue pipelines with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator platforms — including content trends, brand categories, and monetization levers.
  • Strong experience negotiating brand deals, structuring campaigns, and managing multi-channel partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), deal pipelines, and outbound/inbound revenue systems.
  • Analytical strength: ability to interpret creator data, campaign performance, outreach metrics, and revenue dashboards to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills — both with creators and with brands.
  • Ability to create high-quality decks, proposals, and personalized creator pitch narratives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, builds systems from scratch, iterates fast.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range Transparency: $80,000 - $90,000 + commission

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Dynamic and inclusive work environment.
  • Flexible working hours and remote work options.
