Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Affiliate, Influencer & Creator Manager

LEVEL: Manager   |   REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing   |   LOCATION: Remote (U.S.)   |   TYPE: Full-Time

OVERVIEW

The Role

Truly Free Home is looking for an Affiliate, Influencer & Creator Manager to build and run the strategy behind our creator ecosystem. This role owns the relationships with our top-tier affiliates, influencers, and creators end-to-end — from discovery and negotiation through content, whitelisting, and renewal — and turns those partnerships into a repeatable, measurable growth channel.

CHARTER

Own the creator growth engine: recruit and retain the right partners, get whitelisting right, and turn creator content into predictable, efficient revenue.

Creator Strategy    Whitelisting    Top-Tier Relationships    Performance

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the affiliate, influencer, and creator marketing strategy in line with brand and revenue goals.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of top-tier affiliates, influencer, and creator partnerships — discovery, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and renewal.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for top-tier creators, ensuring clear communication, timely payment, and mutual growth.
  • Lead whitelisting strategy — securing and managing partnership/branded-content ad permissions (e.g., Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads) and creator ad-account access.
  • Partner with the paid social/media buying team to identify top-performing organic creator content to whitelist and scale as paid media.
  • Negotiate contracts, commission structures, usage rights, and exclusivity terms with affiliates, influencers, and creators.
  • Track and report on program performance — CAC, ROAS, EMV, conversion rate, and downstream retention impact — and use the data to steer strategy.
  • Manage affiliate tracking platforms and networks, keeping partner rosters, commissions, and reporting current.
  • Design and refine tiering and incentive structures that reward and retain top performers.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and brand teams to keep creator output aligned with brand voice and compliant with guidelines.
  • Stay current on platform policy and disclosure requirements (FTC guidelines, platform whitelisting terms) and ensure the program stays compliant.
  • Continuously identify and onboard new creator partners to diversify and grow the pipeline.
