Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Graphic Designer - Performance Ads based in Netherlands.

As an AI Graphic Designer focused on performance advertising, you will create high-volume static ad creatives designed to capture attention and drive measurable results. You will transform creative briefs into polished, test-ready visual concepts and multiple variations for paid social campaigns. The role combines strong traditional design expertise with modern AI image-generation workflows to accelerate creative production and experimentation. You will work closely with creative strategy and performance marketing teams, adapting concepts based on campaign results and feedback. Success requires both excellent visual judgment and an understanding of direct-response advertising principles. This is a hands-on production role suited to a designer who enjoys creating, testing, and iterating at speed. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of consumer brands through performance-driven creative.

Accountabilities:
  • Create high-converting static advertising creatives for Meta and other paid social platforms.
  • Translate creative briefs into multiple visual directions, concepts, hooks, and ad variations.
  • Produce a consistent, high volume of polished and test-ready creatives each week.
  • Use AI image-generation tools to accelerate production and expand creative experimentation.
  • Refine AI-generated imagery through strong typography, composition, retouching, image editing, and layout design.
  • Adapt successful concepts into new formats, audiences, visual treatments, and messaging angles.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Creative Strategist and performance marketing team to execute creative concepts effectively.
  • Iterate and improve creatives based on campaign performance, testing results, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Maintain an efficient, organized, and repeatable creative production workflow.
  • Take ownership of static-ad production and become a reliable source of high-quality creative output with minimal day-to-day oversight.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience creating static paid-social advertisements, ideally for DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating actual advertising and performance creatives rather than primarily branding, websites, or organic social content.
  • Experience producing multiple creative variations efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and performance creative principles, including the importance of hooks, visual hierarchy, messaging, and scroll-stopping design.
  • Advanced hands-on skills with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable professional design tools.
  • Practical commercial experience using AI image-generation tools as part of a creative production workflow.
  • Excellent visual judgment across typography, composition, hierarchy, product presentation, image editing, and overall creative execution.
  • Ability to accurately interpret creative briefs while making strong independent design decisions during execution.
  • Comfortable working in an environment where new creatives are produced, tested, and iterated continuously.
  • Experience with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, FLUX, Nano Banana/Gemini, Firefly, Krea, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Experience creating advertising for beauty, health, supplements, wellness, apparel, or other DTC consumer categories is a plus.
  • Familiarity with paid-media performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and an understanding of how creative performance can inform iteration, is highly valued.
  • Experience working with brands operating at significant paid-media scale is an additional advantage.
Benefits:
  • Full-time position with a remote-first setup across Europe.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of professional graphic design, AI image generation, and performance marketing.
  • High-volume creative environment with continuous opportunities to experiment and test new visual concepts.
  • Opportunity to work closely with creative strategy and performance marketing professionals.
  • Hands-on exposure to modern AI-powered creative production workflows and tools.
  • Significant ownership over the static-ad production process.
  • Opportunity to directly influence advertising performance through creative experimentation and iteration.
  • Fast-paced environment suited to designers who enjoy producing and refining work at speed.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in performance creative for DTC and e-commerce brands.
