Job description

This role will support driving revenue by helping execute and measure marketing email and push notification campaigns. Responsibilities include assisting with campaign planning, drafting creative briefs, coordinating creative development, building campaigns in Salesforce, setting up tests, and partnering with our MarTech team to help ensure accurate deployment. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
-    Lead campaign execution from kickoff to deployment, including helping manage timelines, coordinating creative development and web production, creating links, and performing QA on final proofs.
-    Draft clear, organized creative briefs for campaigns. Ensure briefs, creative executions, and test approaches align with campaign goals and objectives.
-    Work effectively with a variety of work partners to ensure projects are executed successfully.
-    Help set up a variety of tests, confirming requirements and supporting clean, reliable results.
-    Support accurate setup and deployment of batch email and push campaigns (including segmentation), helping ensure campaigns are configured correctly.
-    Work with an in-house design team to develop impactful marketing assets that are on brand and meet objectives.
-    Build email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder, ensuring accurate content and linking configuration.
-    Build push campaigns in Braze, ensuring accurate content, segmentation and linking configuration.
-    Collaborate with work partners in multiple time zones to build and deploy email campaigns.
-    Support email promo campaigns by following established processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and coordinating with Data Science, Promo, Integrated Marketing, and MarTech partners.
-    Attend and participate in weekly meetings with cross-functional partners and provide status updates on campaign execution.
-    Ability to access post-campaign metrics, run basic analyses and understand drivers of performance.

Qualifications:
-    2-3 years of email and/or push marketing experience.
-    Solid grasp of creative brief and creative execution best practices for email and/or push marketing.
-    Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail.
-    Ability to collaborate with people in a virtual environment and different time zones.
-    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
-    Experience in customer segmentation strategies.
-    Proficient analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities. 
-    Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills—particularly when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
-    Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
 
Nice to have: 
-    Experience building campaigns in an ESP e.g. Bluecore, Salesforce, Responsys, etc. 
-   Push marketing experience and tools e.g. Braze.
-    Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Clarizen, Aprimo, Base Camp, etc.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.

Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and Washington: [$78,000-$93,750]

This opportunity can be remote, but candidates must reside in a state in which Shutterfly is registered to do business. This includes all US states except District of Columbia, North Dakota, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming.
