This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through telehealth services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Maintain a robust caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, which may include individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Document progress and treatment outcomes accurately, completing ongoing assessments, treatment reviews, and clinical case notes per clinic guidelines.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and support, exhibiting compassion and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Innovate therapeutic interventions by incorporating creative techniques to help clients meet and exceed their therapeutic goals.
  • Network and coordinate care with case managers, families, and other professionals, ensuring holistic support for each client.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position involves working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families from various socio-economic backgrounds. You will play a critical role in addressing the unique challenges that these groups face, particularly in the context of behavioral health issues related to substance use, mental health disorders, and relational difficulties. Your ability to foster trust and build rapport will be key in ensuring effective therapy outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona.
  • Proven knowledge of and experience in family therapy services, clinical documentation, and key therapeutic models.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating treatment plans and clinical documentation, including diagnosis assessments.
