Job Type:Regular

People are at the heart of our success. Our culture encourages collaboration, transparency, and accountability to generate value and achieve sustainable results. Being part of the team means committing to an environment where everyone's impact truly matters.

At Agropur, every role directly contributes to key outcomes. Performance is measured by impact and value created-not by the number of actions taken.

The Business Process Optimization Analyst is responsible for implementing various continuous improvement programs aimed at driving operational adoption of our ERP system by end users. In addition, this individual will play a key role in accelerating the implementation of new ways of working to optimize, simplify, and standardize all ERP-related practices, while ensuring the continuity of ERP knowledge and expertise across the organization.

An environment that enables you to focus on what truly matters:

  • Recognition of years of service for vacation calculation;
  • Flexible remote work options;
  • Flexible group insurance plan including telemedicine services;
  • Employee assistance program;
  • Opportunities to invest in yourself (career development, etc.);
  • Annual bonus;
  • Pension plan with company contributions;
  • Salary scale 005: $84 600$ to $105 800 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

Your role in achieving results:

  • Identify and analyze business requirements and needs, and participate in solution definition by identifying options and impacts, defining and documenting strategies, participating in testing, and supporting deployment activities.
  • Model business processes and requirements to translate business objectives into technical requirements for functional and development teams.
  • Support super users and act as an escalation point when they encounter issues or questions they cannot resolve, including supporting the solution, assisting with available functionalities and procedures, sharing expertise, and providing guidance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map current-state processes and define future-state processes using a process improvement framework.
  • Effectively communicate and translate complex concepts, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of stakeholders, from frontline teams to senior leadership.
  • Lead or participate in ERP-related process improvement projects from initial concept through implementation and post-deployment follow-up.
  • Apply change management and project management methodologies to lead or support the implementation of sustainable organizational changes.
  • Optimize business models, processes, and ways of working to improve efficiency and enhance user adoption of the ERP solution.
  • Advocate for and promote organizational change when it supports the achievement of strategic objectives and improves both employee and customer experiences.
  • Conduct or support cost-benefit analyses.
  • Develop creative business solutions related to projects and provide practical, actionable recommendations.
  • Support the development of documentation related to process improvement initiatives, including tools, templates, training materials, analyses, and other supporting resources.

What we are looking for to deliver these results:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required (science, technology, engineering, business administration, or information technology).
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in ERP process continuous improvement required, preferably with SAP (S/4HANA).
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in business functions, specifically Sales and Distribution.
  • Bilingualism (written and spoken French and English).
  • Strong understanding of SAP processes, particularly within the Distribution domain.

A role for those who want to make a real impact and contribute to measurable and sustainable results.
