YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Commercial Development and Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in the implementation and optimization of Propair Groupโ€™s digital marketing initiatives.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, executing and optimizing multiโ€‘channel digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok โ€“ an asset).
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending continuous optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to the performance of corporate websites by ensuring content updates, optimizing SEO, GEO and SEA strategies, enhancing the user experience (UX), and improving overall web performance.
  • Designing, adapting and deploying digital content (visual assets, advertising messages and web content) aligned with brand identity.
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns and automation workflows (newsletters, retention and reโ€‘engagement).
  • Working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency, quality and performance of digital initiatives.
  • Conducting ongoing industry monitoring to stay current on digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
