Creator Manager information

What does a creator manager do?

A Creator Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting content creators, such as influencers or artists, to help them grow their brand and manage collaborations. They act as a liaison between creators and brands, negotiating deals, handling contracts, and ensuring that campaigns run smoothly. Creator Managers also provide strategic advice to creators on content, audience engagement, and monetization opportunities, ensuring creators reach their professional goals.

How does a creator manager typically collaborate with content creators to ensure successful campaigns?

As a Creator Manager, you will work closely with content creators to align campaign goals, provide creative direction, and manage deliverables. This involves regular communication to clarify expectations, review content drafts, and offer constructive feedback. You'll also coordinate with internal marketing, legal, and analytics teams to ensure brand guidelines are met and performance is tracked. Effective collaboration requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and an understanding of both brand objectives and creator workflows.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a creator manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Creator Manager, you need a solid understanding of influencer marketing, digital content trends, and relationship management, often supported by a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Familiarity with CRM tools, social media analytics platforms, and influencer marketing software like CreatorIQ or Aspire is typically required. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills help you build strong partnerships and manage multiple creator campaigns effectively. These skills are crucial for successfully growing creator programs, maximizing campaign ROI, and maintaining productive relationships within the fast-paced digital landscape.

How much do creator managers make?

Creator managers typically earn between $50,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on experience, location, and the size of the creator or company they work with. Salaries can vary based on skills in project management, communication, and familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.

Established in 2004, we are a tech pioneer offering world-class adult entertainment and games on some of the internet's safest and most popular platforms. With the support of an international team of dynamic and collaborative innovators, we are on a mission to enable safe user experiences and empower our communities by celebrating diversity, inclusion, and expression - all while maintaining robust trust-and-safety protocols.

We embrace the best of both worlds! Local talent can thrive in our collaborative office space with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, while remote team members play an integral role in shaping our dynamic culture from afar. What you'll be doing:

  • Analyze creator performance across OnlyFans, Pornhub, Fansly, and similar creator platforms to identify opportunities for monetization and consistent account growth.
  • Develop and recommend data-driven growth strategies by evaluating revenue, subscriber trends, engagement, pricing, and overall account performance.
  • Identify and develop new traffic sources, audience acquisition strategies, and emerging platform opportunities.
  • Source sponsorships, brand partnerships, and other revenue-generating opportunities for creators and the Brazzers Creator Division.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creator platforms, agencies, affiliates, and other industry partners.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies to keep the division ahead of the market.
  • Collaborate with account managers and leadership to implement growth initiatives and support creator success.
  • Represent the Brazzers Creator Division at industry events, conventions, and networking opportunities as needed.

What you'll need to be successful:

 Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in OnlyFans management or a similar creator management environment.
  • Strong understanding of creator monetization, subscriber growth, traffic acquisition, and revenue optimization across OnlyFans, Pornhub, Fansly, and similar platforms.
  • Experience using creator management and CRM platforms such as Infloww, Supercreator, or comparable creator management software.
  • Proven ability to analyze account performance and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry conventions, networking events, and business development opportunities.

As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
