Job Description

The Marketing Content Creator works on the Marketing Manager’s team and is responsible for participating in the development of Structube’s content strategy, ensuring a coherent brand experience across all communication channels in support of the overall marketing strategy and company objectives. They support the marketing team in the development, execution, rollout, and post-campaign analysis as it relates to marketing communications, ensuring consistency in the brand message and customer experience across all channels. 

Ideation, Content Creation & Revision 

  • Production of bilingual (English and French) marketing content, leveraging AI tools to optimize writing, creativity, consistency, and campaign performance; 

  • Content creation for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, Pinterest, Linked In, Reddit, X (Twitter); 

  • Review, edit, and proofread marketing content for accuracy, style, and adherence to the brand’s tone of voice; 

  • Research and pitch content ideas and video series, while maintaining Structube’s tone of voice and respecting its brand guidelines; 

  • Research keywords and optimize copywriting for web, respecting industry best practices for SEO and LLM; 

  • Participate in photo and videos shoots related to recommended ideas and concepts (writing scripts, moodboards, storyboards, spokesperson in the video);  

  • Act as brand representative in Strucube’s video content; 

  • Research and stay on top of the latest fashion and design trends and corresponding language, including knowledge of current buzzwords and trending topics to propose relevant content recommendations that align with Structube’s business objectives. 

Planning & Coordination 

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to assist in planning content themes and marketing communications; 

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to provide content briefs and review of creative assets; 

  • Implement new growth strategies to expand social media and partnership initiatives; 

  • Build and maintain content calendar for all social media platforms; 

  • Coordinate all marketing partnerships ensuring follow-up on all active collaborations to ensure that all partnership conditions are being fulfilled; 

  • Plan all contests and events, ensuring legal compliance and prize fulfillment. 

Analysis & Recommendations 

  • Establish per platform objectives, KPIs, as well as growth and retention strategies that align with industry best practices; 

  • Analyze social media data & content analytics to optimize performance and make recommendations for further development and innovation; 

  • Manage report creation for content analytics to measure KPI performance. 

Qualifications

Who is the perfect Marketing Content Creator? 

  • 2-5 years of experience; 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, PR, Communications, Business-related qualifications or equivalent experience; 

  • Bilingual: must be fluent in English and French, both spoken and written; 

  • Must be comfortable speaking both English and French on camera as Structube’s brand representative (video and photo); 

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit and X (Twitter); 

  • Creative with strong copywriting skills and knowledge of social media trends; 

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask while working with tight deadlines; 

  • Self-driven and resourceful with the ability to use one’s own initiative and problem-solving capabilities; 

  • Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills; 

  • Ability to collaborate within a team; 

Bonus : 

  • Intermediate competencies with photo, video and content creation; 

  • Experience or interest in artificial intelligence (AI) assisted copywriting, revision, and content creation; 

  • Copywriting experience for B2C retail company;
