What You'll Do

  • Manage a caseload of California WC claims with moderate to complex medical and indemnity exposure, including litigation.
  • Establish accurate reserves, evaluate compensability, and develop action plans from initial contact through closure.
  • Coordinate medical treatment, work with defense counsel, and proactively resolve claims within your authority.
  • Maintain compliance with California statutes, state forms, and company guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Must have 2+ years of California Workers' Compensation claims experience
  • Ability to work Pacific hours, MondayFriday 8am5pm PDT.
  • Strong knowledge of California WC law, statutes, and claim procedures.
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload remotely.
  • CA adjuster license or ability to obtain within the state-mandated timeframe.
  • WCCP, AIC, CPCU, or other insurance designation a plus not required.
