This position is designed for remote service delivery, enabling therapists to conduct sessions from the comfort of their homes while connecting authentically with clients through secure online platforms. The flexibility of this role allows therapists to work efficiently without the constraints of traditional office hours, accommodating individual work-life balance needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional health through structured interviews and standardized assessments.
• Formulate tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs, collaboratively establishing goals that are achievable and measurable.
• Cultivate a therapeutic alliance with clients by delivering engaging and constructive individual therapy sessions.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions that assist partners in enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and building stronger relationships.
• Regularly evaluate clients’ progress and adapt treatment plans to accommodate changing circumstances or needs.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and confidentiality regulations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, offering support and strategies to navigate challenging times.
• Engage in ongoing education to stay current with advancements in therapeutic modalities and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and couples seeking support for various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship stressors, and family dynamics. Each therapist plays a crucial role in addressing the unique challenges faced by their clients, providing tailored strategies and interventions that lead to meaningful improvement in mental health and well-being. • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Virginia.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals and couples.
• Familiarity with child and adolescent therapy approaches is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds and understanding their unique mental health needs.

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
