Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions via video chat, tailored to address client needs and objectives.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic techniques to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Facilitating insightful discussions to help clients explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, guiding them towards healthier perspectives.
• Monitoring client progress, adjusting therapy goals, and assisting clients in developing effective coping strategies throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintaining accurate and minimal documentation, with systems in place to streamline administrative responsibilities, enabling therapists to dedicate more time to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking to enhance their mental health through remote teletherapy services. Clients often present with a range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and overall emotional well-being. Qualifications

Eligible candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields.
• A current, unrestricted state license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A clean disciplinary record with no past actions affecting licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature, adept at forming meaningful therapeutic alliances.
• Proficiency in navigating technology; reliable internet and familiarity with virtual communication tools.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be advantageous:

• Previous experience providing teletherapy services, particularly via video conferencing platforms.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.) is desirable.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an appreciation for cultural competency in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide:
