Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being to gauge needs effectively.
  • Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing engagement, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Provide individual and couples therapy sessions addressing various mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges.
  • Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on progress evaluations and clients' evolving needs.
  • Document client interactions meticulously, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, to maintain comprehensive client records.

Compensation and Benefits
