• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client's mental health and emotional needs, ensuring individualized feedback and support.
• Create, implement, and refine personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges identified during client evaluations.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor clients' progress over time, utilizing tracking tools to adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.
• Maintain organized and confidential records of client interactions adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Engage in consistent collaboration with a multidisciplinary professional team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment and research to apply cutting-edge practices in therapy.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and professional development workshops to continually enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards mandated by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Our clientele consists of individuals from various backgrounds and walks of life, often facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Mental Health Counselor at Accent Care Counseling Center, you will work closely with clients to build trusting relationships, assess their needs, and provide tailored therapeutic support that fosters recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or similar).
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a strong understanding of mental health treatment methodologies.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and a client-centered approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a virtual team environment.
• Knowledge of laws and ethical guidelines governing mental health practice.
• A commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the mental health field.

• Experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting.
