This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively while providing essential counseling services. While you will primarily connect with clients through telehealth, you will also have the opportunity to meet some clients in our outpatient office in Tampa, if necessary. This hybrid approach enables you to maintain essential therapeutic relationships while adapting to the evolving needs of your clientele.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status to identify their specific needs and challenges.
• Create tailored treatment plans that address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in their recovery journey.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Foster a safe and trusting therapeutic environment where clients feel valued and understood.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care and referrals as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatments and participate in ongoing professional development.

At Optimize Recovery Counseling Services, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals struggling with substance abuse issues, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and eating disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and it is crucial that you demonstrate cultural competence and inclusivity in your counseling practices. Your ability to connect with clients on a personal level will significantly contribute to their therapeutic success.

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and mastery of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and an ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong rapport and trust with clients.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems to ensure efficient documentation and data management.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.
• Strong collaborative skills, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines and the principles of patient confidentiality.

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
