• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Implement evidence-based interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure their understanding of treatment goals and progress, adapting approaches as necessary to resonate with each individual's journey.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create a holistic care model that prioritizes the client’s overall well-being.
• Keep meticulous clinical records that comply with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and safety.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team training to stay abreast of advancements and research in the mental health field.

You will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your clientele may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as those seeking ongoing support for emotional management. As a remote counselor, you will use telehealth to expand access to individuals who may otherwise face barriers to mental health services.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical or comparable setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practice.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technology.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on caseload and experience.
