• Conduct individual teletherapy sessions using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through a streamlined digital platform that facilitates efficient tracking of client progress.
• Participate in weekly peer consultation meetings to share insights and strategies with other mental health professionals.
• Engage in continuing education events to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' needs, goals, and feedback.
• Facilitate a therapeutic environment through effective communication and active listening to foster trust and engagement.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively to connect with clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Smart Talk Counseling Solutions, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our population predominantly includes adults and adolescents, with a diverse range of backgrounds and cultural identities. A core focus will be on empowering clients through education and self-regulation strategies, thereby enhancing their ability to manage their mental health effectively.

• Active licensure in Florida as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• A minimum of two years’ independent clinical experience, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.
• Proficient understanding of CBT principles and telehealth methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a supportive client-therapist relationship.

• Experience working in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy tools.
• Previous experience in community health settings and working with culturally diverse populations.

Smart Talk Counseling Solutions offers a competitive annual salary range between USD 100,000 and 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, therapists are eligible for bonus potential based on the number of client sessions conducted.
