• Conduct thorough clinical assessments with clients to identify their mental health needs and develop rapport.
• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized evidence-based treatment plans that are engaging and goal-oriented.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic modalities tailored to client situations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with other professionals to coordinate care strategies.
• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to safeguard confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, case discussions, and professional growth activities to refine therapeutic skills.

Experience in dealing with clients struggling with substance use disorders, trauma-related conditions, and severe anxiety will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and virtual counseling best practices is advantageous, enhancing your ability to connect with clients in a remote environment.
