• Perform in-depth assessments and screenings for clients with diverse mental health concerns, tailoring personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a cohesive treatment strategy that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Engage with clients' families by providing education and tools to support their loved ones' journeys toward recovery, encouraging active participation in the treatment process.

You will be providing therapeutic support to a diverse clientele across various backgrounds and mental health challenges. • Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, preferably in a clinical or telehealth environment.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations and addressing cross-cultural issues in mental health care.

• A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
