This position offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from a location of your choice. • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering rapport and professional relationships while ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss care plans, and prepare for discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans reflective of clients’ unique needs and goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with health regulations and internal protocols.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather crucial information about clients’ mental health histories and current challenges.
• Engage in individual counseling sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each client.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients.

Our clientele consists of adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. As a counselor at Calmness Counseling, you will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support tailored to the specific needs of each individual, ensuring that they receive the compassionate care necessary to thrive.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.
• Ability to efficiently use technology, including but not limited to electronic health records systems and communication tools such as Microsoft Outlook.

Successful candidates should demonstrate experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, particularly within a remote or telehealth context. Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and creating individualized treatment plans is highly desirable.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, reflecting the depth of experience and expertise of the successful candidate. Additionally, our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, minimizing financial stress. Benefits include:
