• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including initial intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based techniques, and Solution-Focused brief therapy to address clients' challenges effectively.
• Support clients through a range of issues, including mood disorders, trauma, and relationship difficulties, by developing and implementing tailored goals and treatment strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring immediate support and appropriate resource referrals.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.
• Engage in professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and offering supervision to interns or new counselors to foster a culture of mentorship within the clinic.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Counselors at Willow & Bloom will have the opportunity to work with individuals dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, among others. The role necessitates cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the unique backgrounds and identities of our clients to provide quality care.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is essential.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical or outpatient setting providing therapy is necessary.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with a proven ability to create effective treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• A thorough understanding of ethical guidelines, confidentiality laws, and best practices in the field of mental health counseling is crucial.

• Experience in trauma counseling, grief therapy, couples counseling, or working with adolescent clients is highly preferred.
• A familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and the ability to adapt practices for clientele diversity.
• Experience in using telehealth tools and platforms for delivering counseling services is a plus.

Willow & Bloom offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
