You will work in a supportive virtual environment, using secure video conferencing tools to connect with clients. • Conduct confidential video counseling sessions for clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to assist clients in processing emotions and developing effective coping strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to identify personal goals and create actionable, tailored treatment plans that promote their mental well-being.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation through our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation sessions with team leaders to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and face a range of mental health issues. This includes adolescents, adults, and families who seek support in managing life transitions, stressors, and mental health disorders. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals achieve healthier lives through empathetic listening and strategic problem-solving.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid professional license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• At least two years of clinical experience working directly with clients in a mental health setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
• Experience with electronic health records and virtual counseling platforms is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with telehealth best practices and remote engagement techniques for effective therapy delivery.
• Previous experience working with specific populations, such as children or individuals with anxiety disorders, can be advantageous.
• Certifications in specialized therapy techniques (e.g., EMDR, play therapy) can enhance your application.

This position offers an attractive salary range between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
