• Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities suited to the client's needs.
• Establish therapeutic goals together with clients, ensuring that they are measurable and adaptable throughout the course of treatment.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to extend your reach, providing support to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face logistical challenges in accessing traditional in-office therapy.
• Maintain efficient and meticulous documentation to remain compliant with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring a seamless therapeutic process.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of current trends and methodologies in mental health care.

We serve a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. As a Remote Counseling Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds, enabling you to apply your skills to a wide range of clinical scenarios while making a meaningful difference in their lives.

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• A non-judgmental attitude and genuine empathy towards clients' experiences and emotional challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively balance caseload and administrative duties.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services and a working understanding of telehealth technology.
• Familiarity with specialized therapeutic approaches or modalities, particularly in areas like trauma, substance abuse, clinical disorders, and relationship dynamics.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings or private practice is highly valued but not mandatory.
