A Remote Correctional RN is a registered nurse who provides healthcare services to incarcerated individuals through telehealth or off-site case management. A Remote Correctional RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, triaging acute and chronic health conditions, providing remote education and support, and guiding on-site staff with clinical decisions via secure electronic systems.
