We are looking for compassionate and talented team members who share our vision. The LPN supports the health and well-being of our clients through the provision of nursing services. Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

  • Must be licensed (in good standing) as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois.
  • New grad welcome
  • Willing to train
  • Experience in skilled
  • Must possess a current CPR Certification.
  • Prefer 2-3 years nursing experience
  • Dependable
Essential Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):
  • Administer all medications, treatments, blood sugar monitoring and other medical care to residents as prescribed by the physician/psychiatrist, according to the facility's specific policies and procedures.
  • Provide emergency care services, as needed.
  • Document in the patient's medical record.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to all residents, as needed.
  • Provide resident education regarding medications, treatments and other medical care, as needed.
  • Notify physicians of abnormal resident condition, lab values, vital signs, behavior, incidents, and/or reactions to medications.
  • Ensure that vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight are taken properly.
