Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients using audio, video, and written communication methods.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, applying your clinical expertise effectively.
  • Engage in continuous assessment of clients, setting measurable goals, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Utilize our all-in-one platform for client tracking, which includes managing appointments, documenting sessions, and following up on care plans.
  • Participate in community discussions with peers on the platform to exchange best practices and stay updated on the latest in the field.
  • Promote mental wellness through resource sharing and education for clients struggling with low acuity mental health issues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve low acuity adults grappling with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues. Our platform intentionally excludes severe cases and children, allowing you to focus on providing the best treatment to clients who are ready and able to engage in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current valid license as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection, and a working phone and PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with online therapeutic methods and commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in telehealth practices.
  • Previous work in settings focusing on low acuity mental health issues would be an asset.
Compensation and Benefits

Our full-time counselors can expect a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
