As our Corporate Responsibility Market Manager, you will serve as a vital pillar in the administration and oversight of CommonSpirit Health’s Corporate Responsibility Program (CRP) across assigned markets and entities. You will act as an objective, independent professional, ensuring our operations align with federal compliance guidance and the overarching CommonSpirit Health Corporate Responsibility Plan. Your work will directly support the integrity of our healthcare delivery by maintaining deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes and promoting a culture of ethical business practices.

Every day you will manage and facilitate market-level CRP committees, coordinating cross-functional workgroups to ensure key deliverables and documentation standards are met. You will handle sensitive internal and external investigations, manage complaint resolutions, and perform routine compliance audits to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering educational compliance training, tracking performance through robust reporting, and assisting in the creation of corrective action plans to ensure continuous regulatory adherence.

To be successful in this role, you will leverage at least three years of acute healthcare experience, including at least one year specifically within compliance, quality, risk, or revenue cycle management. You possess a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executive leadership to influence facility-wide policy implementation. We are seeking a proactive professional with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline who is committed to obtaining their Certified Health Care Compliance (CHC) credential within their first year of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor comprehensive Corporate Responsibility Programs to meet federal compliance standards.
  • Lead and facilitate market-level CRP committees and cross-functional workgroups to drive program effectiveness.
  • Conduct independent internal and external compliance investigations and manage complaint resolution processes.
  • Perform compliance audits and risk assessments, developing corrective action plans to address operational gaps.
  • Collaborate with senior division leadership to provide accurate, data-driven reports on compliance health and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure all entity auditing activities maintain high standards of regulatory integrity.

Required:

  • Bachelors Other in related discipline or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience 
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ healthcare experience in an acute setting to include at least one (1) year healthcare compliance experience, or similar experience in Quality, Regulatory, Risk, and/or Revenue Cycle.Experience in development and implementation of facility-wide policies and/or practices
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience collaborating across departments or leading cross-functional teams and working with executives and other leaders.
  • Certified Health Care Compliance, within 12 - months
