We're a sports media network, focused on building and nurturing a portfolio of highly engaged and connected communities of sports fans and bettors to create value for our partners.

We empower sports fans with real-time intelligence, premium independent content, and unique tools so they can compete in the sports betting game.

FairPlay Sports Media is a collection of market leading brands including oddschecker, WhoScored, SuperScommesse, FairPlay Technologies and Confido. In addition, FairPlay has a vast network across the sports tech and media industries through our partnerships including Reach, Gazzetta dello Sport, DAZN, SportsGrid and The Jockey Club amongst others.

iGaming is one of the fastest-growing and most technologically innovative sectors, and we're on top of our game, powered by market-leading tech and driven by brilliant people.

We champion diversity and operate an open and inclusive culture as well as being focused, fast-paced, and always making sure to have fun along the way. So why not join us at FairPlay and be part of something bigger...

The Role

In this remote role, you'll lead key partnerships across the sports media/tech space on behalf of FairPlay Sports Media, with a focus on performance, growth, and measurable outcomes. You'll act as the day-to-day lead, driving strategies that increase traffic, conversion, and monetization of FairPlay partners, while managing joint business plans and aligning goals across stakeholders. Success means delivering against KPIs, owning the partner P&L, and consistently identifying new opportunities for revenue and impact.

In addition to commercial ownership, this role requires comfort operating in product-driven environments. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure partner needs are clearly defined, prioritized appropriately, and aligned with roadmap decisions. While not acting as a Product Manager, you will be expected to understand technical workflows, integrations, and development trade-offs well enough to represent commercial priorities effectively.

Qualified candidates may only reside in the following states: CO, FL, MD, MN, NJ, NY, PA or TN

You will be responsible for:
  • Leading, serving and driving the success of one or more of FairPlay's sports media/technology partners.
  • Acting as the day-to-day lead focused on the performance of a partnership, end-user satisfaction and overall partnership success.
  • Developing and executing performance-focused strategies that drive betting-centric digital traffic, conversions, and monetization.
  • Leading monthly and quarterly business reviews and partner planning meetings.
  • Establishing relationships with senior executives/managers across operators, publishers, brands, rights holders and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Affiliate, SEO, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver against partner goals.
  • Translating partner requirements into structured inputs for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Participating in roadmap discussions and helping prioritize initiatives based on commercial impact and strategic value.
  • Supporting go-to-market efforts tied to new product features impacting assigned partnerships.
  • Attending select industry events and traveling within the UK/US to meet with clients/partners.
You will be accountable for:
  • Meeting or exceeding partner-level KPIs, including traffic growth, acquisition volume, conversion rates, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Driving partner-specific P&L performance while being involved in forecasting and reporting.
  • Continuously optimizing partnership performance through data analysis, experimentation, and tactic iteration.
  • Identifying and securing new revenue opportunities through upsells, renewals, and expansion efforts.
  • Ensuring product initiatives tied to assigned partnerships are commercially justified, clearly scoped, and aligned with agreed business outcomes.
You will be supporting:
  • Internal teams (e.g., Operator Sales, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Product, Engineering) with clear performance goals and actionable partner tactics.
  • Communication flow across stakeholders, ensuring alignment between internal capabilities and partner expectations.
  • New partner onboarding and integration processes with commercial and product teams.
  • Financial teams by supporting ongoing weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and leadership readouts.
Your Skillset:
  • 4-8+ years in digital partnerships, digital property management, account management, performance marketing, SaaS, or AdTech environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships with direct P&L accountability and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of digital engagement and performance levers-driving users, usage, monetization, and how product capabilities enable those outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in digital or SaaS environments.
  • Comfort reviewing product roadmaps and contributing to feature prioritization discussions.
  • Ability to translate between commercial stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Sharp analytical and strategic thinking, with experience interpreting data to influence decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including senior stakeholder reporting.
  • Ideally, experience in iGaming, sportsbook operations and/or sports media.

What You'll Get Back From Us:

Alongside of being challenged daily and a real interest in your development, you will also receive:

  • Attractive Compensation Package: Competitive salary, up to $100,000/annually, and performance-based bonuses.
  • Ample Time Off: Unlimited PTO plan and holidays to ensure a healthy work-life balance
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Fully covered medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans
  • Robust Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with a substantial employer match to secure your future
  • Continuous Growth Support: Reimbursement for professional development opportunities

If you're passionate about our purpose, determined to face challenges, and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply even if you don't tick every box. We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive team and ensuring an accessible recruitment process. If you need any accommodations, please let us know.
