Job description

We're looking for a dynamic Corporate Controller to lead our accounting, payroll, and financial operations while championing our company values every day. If you're a strategic finance leader who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Lead all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Oversee monthly close, internal/external reporting, and financial systems.
  • Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements and month-end workpapers.
  • Strengthen policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support audits, tax preparation, budgeting, and lender reporting.
  • Conduct analytical reviews of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
  • Manage ASC842 lease accounting and monitor banking covenants.
  • Maintain confidentiality, uphold safety standards, and complete required training.
  • Directs all treasury functions, including lending, cash flow forecasting, and compliance with debt covenant.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with an Accounting emphasis.
  • CPA required.
  • 10+ years in accounting/finance, including 2 years in public accounting preferred.
  • 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • 5+ years of healthcare industry experience.
  • Expertise in accounting principles, financial processes, and documentation standards.
  • Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication, time-management, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks, meet deadlines, and work professionally across all levels.
