Job Summary:

This role will lead and coordinate multiple initiatives across corporate cards, expense management, travel operations, process optimization, reporting, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of Travel & Expense (T&E) experience, project management expertise, process improvement capabilities, and stakeholder management skills. This individual will drive projects from planning through execution while partnering with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute multiple T&E projects, including:

Ramp customer support macros design and implementation

Ramp invoicing framework development

Citi credit balance refund and rebate claim management

Ramp billing address realignment

Team dot intranet site redesign

Guest booking process design and implementation

Credit card decline reduction strategy.

Tableau T&E reporting adoption campaign

Ramp to ServiceNow data integration and mapping

Travel Compliance dashboard implementation

Ramp to Gmail/Slack integration launch and adoption campaign

Hotel RFP coordination and vendor engagement

Operational Support

Support day-to-day T&E operations and ad hoc process improvement initiatives.

Facilitate Ramp user training sessions, workshops, and open office hours.

Monitor project milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Prepare project status updates and executive-level communications.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, finance teams, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Drive change management and user adoption initiatives across new tools and processes.

Required Skills

3-5 years of professional experience in:

Travel & Expense (T&E) Operations

Program or Project Management

Finance Operations, Procurement Operations, or Business Operations

Experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.

Experience working with expense management, corporate card, travel, or finance technology platforms.
