We're seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Transactions, Business Law, and AI-driven businesses.


This attorney will advise companies ranging from startups to middle-market organizations while helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving legal landscape surrounding Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, corporate governance, and business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, business formations, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate purchase, operating, and shareholder agreements, as well as other business contracts.
  • Counsel AI startups, technology companies, founders, investors, and growing businesses on corporate legal matters.
  • Stay current on emerging AI regulations, governance, privacy, and technology-related legal developments.

  • Develop and grow your own client relationships and practice with business development, marketing, and operational support.


Qualifications

  • J.D. and active U.S. Bar license.
  • 6+ years of corporate law experience.
  • Experience with M&A, corporate transactions, commercial contracts, or business law.
