• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through virtual consultations, utilizing standardized tools and diagnostic interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue and therapeutic intervention.
• Adopt various therapeutic models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting methods to align with the client’s preferences and goals.
• Document session notes and client progress in accordance with best practices and state regulations, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Engage in regular supervision and continued professional development to refine therapeutic skills and stay informed of emerging mental health trends.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Cornerstone, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients typically seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their emotional struggles through compassionate care and effective treatment strategies, ultimately contributing to their overall wellbeing and quality of life.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients across virtual settings.
• Strong organizational skills and self-discipline to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining high-quality care standards.

• Prior experience in remote therapy practice is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to utilize various therapeutic frameworks to support client growth and healing.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Cornerstone offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and workload.
