• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs and treatment goals of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions and client progress, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

As an LMHC at Cornerstone Psychotherapy Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse client population that includes adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. The adaptability of our remote services allows us to reach individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring everyone has access to quality mental health care regardless of their location or circumstances.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients remotely.
• A strong sense of empathy and understanding to support clients in their healing journeys.
• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and treatment schedules efficiently.

• Prior experience in providing remote mental health care is advantageous.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Ability to leverage technology effectively to enhance delivery of therapy sessions.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and workload. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
