A Salesforce Solution Architect leads complex programmatic engineering using advanced Apex, LWC, and legacy integration orchestration (REST/SOAP, CDC, Platform Events) in FedRAMP-compliant hybrid environments. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Develops high-performance, reusable, and reliable Salesforce solutions, including data models, integration architecture, and automation logic .
  • Business Process Analysis: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce implementation .
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project strategies and effective collaboration .
  • Governance and Quality Assurance: Review developer work, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices .
  • System Administration Support: Provide support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments .
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Advise and mentor teams on technical and functional delivery, guiding best practices and solution implementation.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee full-lifecycle projects from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment .
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role .

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills .
  • Familiarity with integration patterns, application architecture, and security best practices .
  • Owns the full release cycle (SFDX, Copado/GitHub Actions), mentors junior developers, and implements Agentforce custom actions with Invocable Apex
  • Relevant educational background, typically a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
