Job description

The Role
The Sr. Account Coordinator is a developing professional who supports brand merchandise projects across various scales and types. They work closely with Senior Production Managers to execute project deliverables, manage vendor communications, and maintain project documentation. This role serves as a foundational position for learning the full lifecycle of merchandise project management while contributing to day-to-day operations under the guidance of senior team members. Sr. Account Coordinator is a detail-oriented, proactive learner who demonstrates strong organizational skills and a growing understanding of the promotional products industry.
The role is tied to a technology industry project.
This role reports directly to the Director of Production.
What You'll Do
Project Management & Execution
  • Assist, and for small projects lead, the execution and tracking of brand merchandise projects from estimate through fulfillment, including estimates, sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation
  • Track deliverables against workback schedules, maintain project documentation, and capture action items from client and internal meetings

Product Sourcing & Vendor Coordination
  • Support product sourcing, vendor and decoration research, and pricing development by gathering quotes and organizing vendor information
  • Coordinate with vendors on production updates, samples, order status, and maintain accurate vendor database records
  • Review proofs, mockups, and production samples to support quality control

Client & Cross-Functional Communication
  • Lead client communications for small projects and support larger projects under Senior PM supervision
  • Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory management and fulfillment

What You Bring
Experience & Technical Expertise
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, production, promotional products, or a related field, with exposure to vendor management and order execution
  • Working knowledge of printing and decoration methods, vendor sourcing, and production workflows
  • Experience with order management systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
  • Strong financial acumen, including comfort with pricing, margins, and sales math
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and comfort navigating new systems and tools

Location & Logistics
This position is not location-based, though travel may occasionally be required to travel to client sites, trade shows, team offsites and vendor facilities. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; at this time, we are not able to provide sponsorship.
This is a remote, contract role with an initial three-month term. Because the position is tied to a specific project, the role is budgeted as a contract, however there is potential to extend the engagement into a full time employee role if it's a great fit.
