Sparks Group in collaboration with a Fortune 500 company is searching for a motivated Associate Contract Manager. The Manager will provide assistance on contract management and compliance matters. They will be responsible for monitoring changes to contracts, providing assistance to clients and managing all contract-related tasks. Responsibilities:
  • Continually monitor contract obligations, terms, and requirements across all parties to ensure full compliance.
  • Proactively identify contractual risks, propose strategic solutions, and escalate unresolved issues to Contract Management (CM) and Leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact connecting the project team with Legal, clients, and vendors to address contractual matters efficiently.
  • Prepare and share updates on contract status, modifications, and compliance, while translating complex contract details for key stakeholders.
  • Implement, integrate, and refine CM tools, templates, and methodologies tailored to the business and project needs
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • 4 years of Contract Management experience
  • 3 years of experience in a federal government contracting environment
  • Strong technical skills: MS Office, SharePoint, Contracting software
