How This Role Makes a Difference

We are seeking an experiencedย Contracts Managerย toย join our Legal team.ย ย The ideal candidateย willย oversee and manageย the development, negotiation, and execution ofย a wide range of contractsย inย supportย ofย Care Access'ย research services. Theย Contracts Managerย willย effectivelyย manage multiple priorities,ย and workย collaborativelyย in a cross-functional environment.ย 

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including, but without limitation, confidentiality, vendor services, clinical trial, lease, and event agreements with limited supervisionย 
  • Ensure all agreements are executed in a timely manner, in compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, company policies and business objectivesย 
  • Serve as primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, and Business Development ย 
  • Develop and update contract templates, playbooks, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce riskย 
  • Evaluate and mitigate legal and business risks in contract terms and conditions in partnership with contracting leadershipย 
  • Maintain a centralized contract repository; ensuring all contracts are properly filed, tracked, and accessible
  • Train and educate internal stakeholders on contract-related processes and best practicesย 
  • Perform other legal tasks and special projects assigned by legal leadershipย 
The Expertise Required
  • Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractsย 
  • Comprehensiveย understanding of contract law and legal terminologyย 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsย 
  • Strongย analytical skills with the ability to effectively define business issues and recommendationsย 
  • High attention to detail and organizational skillsย 
  • Proficiencyย in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suiteย ย 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentย 
Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience
  • JD preferred or paralegal/contracts specialist with demonstrated history of excellence and 5+ years of experienceย 
How We Work Together
  • Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment.
  • Travel:ย This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
  • Physical demands associated with this position Include: The ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.

The expected salary range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 USD per year for full time team members.
