Specific Skillset Requirements: Advanced Excel. Build basic reporting dashboards. Create standard work.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work in partnership with leadership and various operational teams and organizational departments to oversee small to medium functional projects or phases(s) of a larger project. Responsible for all aspects of the project or a phase of a larger project. Acts as a change agent to create and support a positive change process.


Essential Functions:

  1. Oversees small to medium sized, multi-faceted projects varying in complexity and involving cross functional experts. These projects may be a portion or phase of a larger project or program.
  2. Coordinates project work including project plans and schedules, and completes projects on time and within budget. Analyzes and documents, processes, procedures and outcomes to seek continuous improvement. Assesses resource requirements for project tasks and works with leaders of functional areas and subject matter experts to meet project plan deliverables.
  3. Communicates, collaborates, networks and acts as a consultant to stakeholders/business partners in order to ensure continuity and coordination of services and appropriate utilization of resources.
  4. Serves as a liaison for projects between various departments within the system.
  5. Acts as a change agent to advance the knowledge and use of project management.

Qualifications:

  1. Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  2. Preferred Master's Degree
  3. 2 years of relevant experience of applicable business function experience or other related experience Required
  4. 2 years of relevant experience of related experience, preferably in project management Required
  5. CRT-Project Management Professional, Associate (CAPM) - UNKNOWN Unknown preferred Or
  6. CRT-Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI Project Management Institute preferred.

Technical Skills:
