Position Title: Senior Manager, Social Strategy

Location: US - Remote

Reports to: VP of PR / Social

About the role

LTK is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Strategy to lead the strategy for LTK's social presence across organic, owned, and paid social channels. This role will help shape how LTK shows up across platforms, ensuring our content is clear, relevant, culturally aware, and aligned to the audiences we need to reach, including consumers, creators, brand partners, media, and the broader creator economy.

This person will oversee social strategy across LTK's consumer-facing and corporate channels, translating company priorities, product launches, brand narratives, creator stories, and cultural moments into platform-right social strategies and content approaches.

The ideal candidate understands the social landscape deeply and knows how to build strategies that help brands stand out across different platforms, audiences, and business objectives. They can connect big-picture messaging to day-to-day editorial planning, understand how organic content builds brand relevance, and know how paid social can be used to extend reach, drive awareness, support launches, and amplify the right stories.

This role reports to the VP, Head of PR and will manage two direct reports supporting content creation, community management, platform execution, and paid social support. One direct report will lead paid social execution, so this person should bring a strong understanding of how owned, organic, and paid social work together to drive awareness, engagement, reach, and business impact.

    • Develop platform-specific strategies that support LTK's distinct audiences, including creators, consumers, and brand partners
    • Ensure LTK's social presence feels current, differentiated, and aligned to broader company priorities
  • Editorial Planning & Content Direction
    • Own social editorial planning and channel programming across key owned channels
    • Set content direction for original social-first storytelling across both consumer and corporate priorities
    • Partner closely with content creators and platform leads to develop ideas, series, campaigns, and formats that are native to each platform
    • In partnership with PR, guide how company news, product updates, cultural moments, thought leadership themes, and evergreen storytelling come to life on social
    • Bring strong editorial judgment to content decisions, with a clear perspective on what will resonate, what fits the platform, and what supports the business
  • Audience Insights, Performance & Learning
    • Use platform insights, audience behavior, and performance data to refine social strategy over time
    • Analyze what content is performing, why it is working, and where the team should evolve its approach
    • Identify opportunities to better reach priority audiences and improve engagement across channels
    • Create a fast-learning environment where the team tests, learns, and pivots quickly to improve impact
    • Report on channel performance, strategic learnings, and opportunities to leadership
  • Organic + Paid Integration
    • Manage the paid social strategy, ensuring organic and paid strategies are aligned
    • Help guide which content and campaigns should be amplified through paid media
    • Bring a strong understanding of how paid can support social goals, extend priority messages, and sharpen audience targeting
    • Ensure owned and paid efforts are working together to drive stronger reach, engagement, and business impact
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Manage and develop their direct reports across content creation, community management, platform execution, and paid social support
    • Partner cross-functionally with PR, content marketing, product, creator, brand, to ensure social supports the company's biggest priorities
    • Help connect social efforts with broader earned and owned storytelling opportunities to increase impact

What you will bring to LTK

  • 7+ years of experience in social strategy, brand social, content strategy, or related fields
  • Experience leading social strategy for a brand that speaks to multiple audiences or customer groups
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, including how content and audience expectations differ by platform
  • Proven ability to translate brand messages and business priorities into platform-specific social strategies and content direction
  • Strong strategic instincts paired with a clear understanding of how social content gets planned, created, distributed, and measured
  • Experience managing people and giving clear strategic and creative direction
  • Strong fluency in analytics and performance reporting, with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Strong understanding of paid social strategy and how paid and organic efforts work together
  • Excellent communication skills, editorial judgment, and organizational skills

  • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
  • Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback

Preferred Experience
