Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Content Production Specialist based in Netherlands.

Join a fast-growing digital health environment where artificial intelligence and creative production come together to improve user experiences. In this role, you will create and refine AI-generated visual, video, audio, and avatar assets used across content and marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring AI outputs meet high-quality standards by evaluating, selecting, and improving generated content through an iterative production process. This position is ideal for someone who combines technical curiosity with strong visual judgment and attention to detail. You will work with modern AI tools, follow structured workflows, and provide valuable feedback to improve production quality. Your contributions will directly support engaging digital experiences for a global audience.

Accountabilities
  • Generate AI-powered image, video, avatar, and voice assets using prepared prompts, references, instructions, and quality criteria.
  • Create multiple variations of AI-generated content, review outputs, select the strongest results, and prepare assets for further use.
  • Perform quality checks across visual and audio content, identifying issues such as artifacts, unnatural details, poor animation, weak composition, incorrect lighting, voice quality problems, or synchronization issues.
  • Evaluate whether AI-generated outputs are production-ready and filter out results that do not meet quality expectations.
  • Support asset preparation through basic editing tasks such as cropping, resizing, exporting, organizing, and managing file versions.
  • Follow established AI production workflows while identifying process improvements, recurring issues, and opportunities for better results.
  • Communicate production challenges clearly and provide practical feedback on prompts, workflows, and output quality.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience creating AI-generated image and video content using modern AI tools.
  • Understanding of AI content production workflows, including prompting, references, iterations, variations, comparisons, and quality selection.
  • Familiarity with common AI generation challenges such as visual artifacts, unrealistic details, poor motion, weak compositions, and model limitations.
  • Strong visual judgment with the ability to assess whether generated content looks natural, high-quality, and suitable for production use.
  • High attention to detail when reviewing images, videos, audio outputs, avatars, voice quality, and synchronization.
  • Ability to follow structured processes while independently identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a production-focused environment requiring multiple iterations, testing, and refinement.
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT Images, Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, ComfyUI, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Additional experience with video editing tools, image editing software, node-based AI workflows, digital products, advertising content, or social media creatives is advantageous.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
  • Competitive compensation based on experience, expertise, and impact.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI content creation technologies.
  • Chance to contribute to an innovative digital health product reaching a global audience.
  • Inclusive and collaborative team environment that values creativity and new ideas.
  • Results-focused culture with autonomy and trust in how you organize your work.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in AI-powered content production workflows.
