About the role:

You will support day-to-day administration and optimization of Commercial Content Hub platforms by maintaining workflow configuration, data quality, and responsive user support so TA content leads and Ad/Promo partners can execute efficiently and compliantly

How you will contribute:
  • Tagging and metadata execution: Configure and maintain taxonomy fields, tagging rules, naming conventions, and metadata templates; monitor tagging completeness and data quality
  • Reuse and modular setup support: Support modular content structures in the DAM (components, relationships, versioning) and help teams apply reuse-first practices
  • Workflow configuration and QA: Assist with workflow setup and updates, permissions, routing rules, and validation checks
  • Reporting and insights: Build and maintain operational dashboards (cycle time, reuse rate, tagging completeness, rework drivers) and provide insights to inform prioritization
  • User support and troubleshooting: Serve as first-line support for platform issues, triage tickets, diagnose common problems, and escalate to vendors as needed
  • Compliance support: Help ensure submissions and stored assets meet documentation, audit trail, and status requirements
  • Vendor coordination: Coordinate day-to-day follow-ups with platform partners on defects, minor enhancements, and SLA tracking
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience administering marketing or content management platforms (e.g., DAM, workflow tools, content hubs), including workflow configuration, permissions, routing, and QA checks.
  • Proven experience managing taxonomy, metadata, tagging rules, naming conventions, and supporting modular content structures for efficient reuse across channels.
  • Experience building operational dashboards, tracking content performance metrics (cycle time, reuse rate, tagging completeness), and providing actionable insights to support prioritization and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide first-line user support, troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure content operations comply with regulatory, audit, and documentation standards.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$116,000.00 - $182,270.00


The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
