Role Summary: NearSource is seeking a Marketing Operations & Campaign Specialist to support integrated marketing initiatives for a Fortune 500 product company. This role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional activities, managing project timelines, and driving operational excellence across demand generation and event marketing programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and proficient in leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with established strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop, edit, and manage marketing communications, including email campaigns, campaign briefs, landing page content, and supporting assets.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot to improve content development, research, documentation, and operational efficiency.
  • Support demand generation initiatives through campaign planning, setup, coordination, and execution.
  • Coordinate event marketing activities, including invitation management, promotional communications, registration support, and post-event follow-up.
  • Create and maintain project plans, execution timelines, status reports, and campaign trackers.
  • Organize campaign documentation, marketing assets, and performance reporting materials.
  • Consolidate information from multiple marketing channels into clear documentation and actionable recommendations.
