As a remote-based position, our Licensed Mental Health Counselors enjoy the flexibility afforded by a telehealth model while still being an integral part of our supportive team dynamic. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing the latest evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques to develop individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to each client's specific circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA standards and ensuring the ethical handling of all client information.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses the diverse needs of our clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster professional development and improve the quality of care.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and community resources available to them.
• Continuously update your knowledge with the latest advancements in mental health care to integrate new findings into your therapeutic practices.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population representing various backgrounds and experiences. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. It is essential to approach each case with sensitivity and an open mind, ensuring that you understand the unique context each individual brings to therapy. Your work will not only support their mental health but also empower them to achieve personal growth and resilience.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, showcasing your dedication to the field.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist, demonstrating your professional credentials.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques to create tailored, effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster therapeutic relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, equipping you to manage complex cases effectively.

• Experience in outpatient settings, particularly in teletherapy, adapting to remote work structures while maintaining high-quality care.
