• Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint clients' mental health needs, including diagnostics and psychosocial evaluations, which serve as the foundation for developing personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services via secure virtual platforms, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, customized to each client's unique circumstances.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set personalized therapeutic goals and employ interventions to track progress, ensuring active participation and engagement in their therapy journey.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of sessions using our electronic health record system, tracking client progress, treatment outcomes, and any adjustments in therapy plans.
• Participate in regular team meetings for case review and peer supervision, contributing insights and receiving collaborative feedback to enhance service quality.

Our client base consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will engage with clients of various age groups, from adolescents to adults, fostering a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes openness and healing. Your role will directly contribute to improving clients' mental well-being and day-to-day functioning.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with clients remotely, and establish a strong therapeutic alliance.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine understanding of the challenges faced by clients are essential attributes.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time-management are critical in managing sessions and documentation appropriately.

• Experience with telehealth service delivery and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Prior experience working in mental health settings with a focus on remote counseling.
• A background in group therapy facilitation or community mental health is advantageous.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
